1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "Player", "User") and fry99 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the fry99 website, mobile interface, cricket betting services, fry99 Casino, slot games, card games, and all associated PKR wallet and payment services accessible at fry99.bar.

By completing the fry99 account registration process, by clicking "I Agree" or any equivalent acceptance mechanism, or by simply accessing any portion of the fry99 platform, you confirm that:

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to fry99 is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their membership:

Verification may also be required prior to processing any withdrawal request. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by fry99 may result in account suspension pending verification.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of fry99 services — including cricket betting, fry99 Casino, slot games, and PKR wallet transactions — you must create a registered fry99 account. The following rules apply to all accounts:

• One Account Per Member: Each individual may register and maintain only one fry99 account. Holding multiple accounts — whether under different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.
• Accurate Information: You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration and must update your account details promptly if any information changes. fry99 is not responsible for issues arising from inaccurate or outdated account information.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fry99 Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity carried out under your account credentials is your responsibility, whether or not it was authorised by you.

• Non-Transferability: fry99 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any associated balance to any other person.

fry99 reserves the right to carry out identity and address verification checks at any point during the account lifecycle. Members who fail to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may have their withdrawal capabilities suspended until verification is satisfactorily completed.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All fry99 account balances are maintained in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions on the platform:

4.1 Deposits

• fry99 accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. Accepted payment methods may be updated from time to time at fry99's discretion.
• Deposits are credited to your fry99 wallet upon successful confirmation from the respective payment provider. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits typically credit within thirty seconds under normal conditions.
• Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed on the fry99 cashier page at the time of transaction. fry99 reserves the right to revise minimum deposit thresholds without prior notice.
• fry99 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The name on your payment method must match the name on your fry99 account. Deposits from mismatched accounts may be reversed.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, in accordance with anti-money-laundering best practices.
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is specified in the fry99 cashier. Withdrawals below the minimum threshold will not be processed.
• fry99 targets processing of withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 business hours, subject to verification status and payment provider processing times. Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa wallets are typically the fastest.
• Withdrawal of funds subject to active bonus wagering requirements is not permitted until the applicable wagering conditions have been fully satisfied.
• fry99 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal at its sole discretion.

5. Betting Rules & Cricket Markets

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity conducted through fry99, with particular reference to cricket betting markets covering PSL, Asia Cup, ICC World Cup, and international bilateral series involving Pakistan:

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is only confirmed and valid once fry99 has issued an on-screen confirmation with a unique bet reference number. Bets that do not receive confirmation due to connectivity interruptions, server errors, or insufficient account balance are not valid and will not be honoured.
• Odds Changes: Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds at which your bet is settled. fry99 is not liable for odds discrepancies arising from technical errors or market volatility.
• Minimum & Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed within each betting market and may be adjusted by fry99 at any time, including during live in-play events.
• Void Bets: Bets may be voided by fry99 in the event of a match abandonment, cancellation, incorrect odds being offered due to a manifest error, or breach of these Terms by the Member. Voided bets are refunded at the staked amount.
• Manifest Errors: fry99 reserves the right to void any bets placed at odds that were clearly erroneous — for example, odds significantly outside the normal market range due to a pricing or data feed error. In such cases, fry99 will refund the stake amount and is not obligated to honour the erroneous payout.
• In-Play Betting: Live in-play cricket markets close and reopen dynamically based on match events. fry99 uses automated systems to suspend in-play markets during key match moments such as wickets, DRS reviews, and weather interruptions. fry99 is not liable for bets placed on markets that were erroneously open during such events.
• Match-Fixing & Integrity: Any Member found to have prior knowledge of match-fixing or to have attempted to exploit inside information in placing bets will have their account immediately suspended, all relevant bets voided, and the matter referred to the relevant cricket governing body or law enforcement authorities.

6. Casino & Slot Game Rules

The following terms apply to all fry99 Casino and slot game activity, including live dealer tables, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, blackjack, roulette, baccarat, Dragon Tiger, and all 500+ slot titles available on the platform:

• Game Integrity: All casino games and slot titles offered by fry99 are sourced from certified third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Play'n GO. Each game uses a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that is independently audited for fairness.

• Abuse Prevention: fry99 actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of low-risk betting strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements at minimal risk, the creation of multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once, and the exploitation of promotional offers in a manner contrary to their intended purpose. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have bonus funds and associated winnings voided and may be permanently closed.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, only one bonus may be active on your fry99 account at any given time.
• Right to Withdraw: fry99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion or bonus offer at any time and without prior notice.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fry99 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in legal action:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during account verification;
• Registering or operating more than one fry99 account, whether personally or in collusion with other individuals;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, access markets, or interact with the fry99 platform in an automated manner;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in fry99's platform for financial gain — any winnings derived from exploiting known or unknown bugs are void;
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, including using fry99 to process funds derived from unlawful activities;
• Sharing your fry99 account with, or allowing access to your account by, any third party;
• Colluding with other players in live casino games to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using any information or insider knowledge relating to match outcomes, team selection, or tournament administration to gain an unfair advantage in cricket betting markets;
• Engaging in any conduct intended to defraud fry99, its payment providers, or other Members of the platform.

9. Responsible Gaming

fry99 is committed to promoting a safe, responsible, and enjoyable gambling environment for all Pakistani Members. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we take our duty of care seriously.

• 21+ Policy: fry99 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years for all Members. This requirement is non-negotiable and will be enforced through identity verification procedures.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who feel they need a break from gambling can request a self-exclusion period through their fry99 account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion options range from 30 days to permanent exclusion. During any self-exclusion period, your account will be locked and you will be removed from all marketing communications.

10. Account Suspension & Closure

fry99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a required timeframe;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct;
• Account found to be held by or operated on behalf of a person under 21 years of age;
• Use of prohibited software, bots, or automated tools;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a Member's payment provider;
• A Member's voluntary request for account closure or self-exclusion.

Where an account is closed for breach of these Terms, fry99 reserves the right to withhold any balance remaining in the account, including both deposited funds and winnings, where such balance is directly associated with the breach. fry99 will communicate the reason for closure to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting fry99 support. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be refunded via the Member's registered withdrawal method.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, fry99 shall not be liable to any Member or third party for any of the following:

• Loss of profits, loss of revenue, or loss of anticipated savings arising from the use of, or inability to use, the fry99 platform;
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any nature, even if fry99 has been advised of the possibility of such damages;
• Losses arising from connectivity interruptions, server downtime, third-party payment provider delays, or force majeure events outside fry99's reasonable control;
• Inaccuracies in odds, statistics, or live data feeds supplied by third-party data providers;
• Unauthorised access to a Member's account resulting from the Member's failure to maintain adequate password security.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit fry99's liability for death or personal injury caused by fry99's negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

fry99's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim or series of related claims arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Amendments to These Terms

fry99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, fry99 will endeavour to provide notice to registered Members via email to the address on file, or via a prominent notification displayed upon fry99 Login.

The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the fry99 platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using fry99 and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
